Listen Up DM is the operator of this Site and the controller of the content therein. We are a United States limited liability company located in Virginia.
We Do Not Collect Any Personal Data From You
We are very happy to have you visit, read and share content from our site but that’s all we want. No information is collected about or from you when you visit, we do not:
- Record IP addresses unless you’re spamming us in which case we register and block the offending IP.
- Serve tracking or identifying cookies.
- Do not record or run an analysis on how you use our site.
- We don’t sell your contact info if you email us.
However, we do use Google Analytics and StatCounter to analyze our traffic and THEY may collect your information.

Info Uploaded to Listen Up Digital Marketing
Occasionally we allow users of our Site to post content or upload information and materials to the Site including pictures, documents, records and any other materials. In those cases we may require you to accept additional terms before we publish your submissions. If you post content or upload information or materials to our Site, we may share this content publicly, subject to any additional terms upon which we may agree.

The Directory
We do not charge a fee to be listed in the Listen Up Digital Marketing podcast directory or our how-to library.
Websites, tools, and links added have been culled by hand and are added alphabetically by category. Listen Up DM adds podcasts to the directory as a helpful service but does not endorse their operation or the companies behind them. Every attempt is made to keep the Directory free of broken links and/or terminated services.
Use of Personal Data and Other Information
Listen Up DM accepts featured content from outside companies. We accept these items via email and do not allow third parties or non-employees to access our website.
If you are a new customer providing featured content, Listen Up DM will only contact you when you have provided consent.
We do keep email contact information from companies participating in our Featured Content program. But we don’t share those emails with outside companies and do not use them for any advertising or marketing promotion for our site or anyone else’s.
Communicating with You
We use the information you provide to respond to questions, comments or requests for information from us.
We don’t keep your email on file unless you participate in our Featured Content program.
When you send email or other communications to us, we keep those communications to process your questions and respond to your requests. After that, the email is deleted.
Information Sharing
Listen Up DM does not share your personal (email) information with other podcast sites or directories.
Service Providers. We do not share information with service providers to perform certain functions on our behalf, such as hosting, maintaining databases, delivering content and sending email.
Business Transfers. If we merge with another company or are bought out in part or in full, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, financing due diligence, reorganization, or receivership, we may transfer the information we have collected from our Featured Content program to the other company or bankruptcy trustee or administrator.
In Response to Legal Process. We may disclose the information we collect from you to comply with the law, a judicial, court or governmental agency order, or another legal process, such as in response to a DMCA or a subpoena IF we have the information/email on file.
To Protect Us and Others. We may disclose the information we collect from you to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

Accordingly, LUDM cannot guarantee the security of your information. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
